Privacy Notice
How American Business Capital Group, Inc. handles information across the SalesPitch AI public website, customer workspace, support channels, and governed integrations.
The exact policy versions shown here also appear in checkout and onboarding. A future material revision will use a new version and require review where appropriate.
Scope and responsible company
This notice applies to SalesPitch AI websites, applications, subscriptions, memberships, support, and related services offered by American Business Capital Group, Inc. (“SalesPitch AI,” “we,” or “us”), 37 N. Orange Ave., Suite 222, Orlando, Florida 32801 USA. Customers remain responsible for the personal information they upload, select, or direct the service to process for their own outreach.
Information we collect
We may process account and business identity information; authentication and workspace identifiers; contact and support information; subscription, invoice, entitlement, and transaction status; product facts, pitches, scripts, audience criteria, lead lists, campaign settings, meeting availability, follow-up instructions, suppression choices, and privacy requests; and technical security information such as IP address, browser, device, request logs, timestamps, and fraud signals.
Payment-card data is entered with Stripe and is not intended to be stored by SalesPitch AI. Governed calling is designed to retain call lifecycle, consent, timing, outcome, and quality evidence without retaining full conversation content in the SalesPitch application. A connected communications provider may transiently process audio or text as required to deliver an authorized feature.
Sources of information
Information may come directly from an account owner or authorized user; from a customer’s lawful first-party files; from people who interact with an authorized campaign; from public business registries; from providers a customer chooses to connect, such as Stripe, calendar, email, telephony, AI, and data-validation services; and, only when configured and licensed, from commercial business-data suppliers. SalesPitch AI does not represent that a licensed global lead source is active while that production gate remains incomplete.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; create and administer workspaces; provide plan features; validate entitlements; prepare customer-directed product, lead, script, meeting, calling, and follow-up workflows; prevent fraud and abuse; apply consent, suppression, quiet-hour, and human-approval controls; provide support; maintain security and reliability; comply with law; and document product and compliance evidence.
SalesPitch AI does not train shared models on customer workspace data without the customer’s express authorization. Product recommendations and fit scores are decision support, not a substitute for human review or a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
When we share information
We may disclose the minimum information needed to service providers acting for us, to integrations an authorized customer selects, to professional advisers, or to authorities when legally required. We may also transfer information in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. Service providers may include hosting, database, authentication, payment, communications, AI, email, calendar, monitoring, and support vendors.
We do not sell customer workspace content or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Licensed business-contact data offered inside the product, if enabled, is governed by separate supplier licenses and is not treated as customer workspace content.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit evidence, resolve disputes, satisfy tax and accounting duties, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Workspace owners can record retention targets for lead, meeting, call-evidence, and audit records. Deletion remains a protected reviewed process: legal holds, billing records, suppression duties, backups, and evidence needed to prove an opt-out or security event may be preserved for the applicable obligation.
The Data Lifecycle & Retention Notice explains the category, backup, suppression, AI-data, and account-closure boundaries in more detail.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the context, you may have rights to request: Access / export, Correction, Deletion, portability, Restriction, or objection; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We may verify identity and authority before acting, and lawful exceptions may apply. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Authenticated customers can open Account & Setup to submit a protected request. Beta lead-export limits do not block applicable access to the customer’s own account, billing, consent, or customer-owned workspace data after identity and scope review. Governed third-party lead data remains subject to source licenses. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, or raw lead files by email.
Open the Privacy Choices Center for request types, agent instructions, browser signals, outreach suppression, and appeals.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including tenant scoping, least-privilege access, encryption in transit, secret separation, audit evidence, rate limits, backups, monitoring, and pause controls. No method is completely secure. Security concerns should be reported using our published security contact.
International data transfers
American Business Capital Group, Inc. is based in the United States and may use service providers in other countries. When cross-border transfer rules apply, the production service will use the contractual or other transfer mechanism required for the data, provider, and jurisdiction. Customers must configure campaigns only for jurisdictions they are authorized to serve.
Children
SalesPitch AI is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. Customers may not use it to create profiles of children or intentionally submit children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe such information was provided.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the product, providers, or law changes. Material changes will receive a new version and notice where appropriate. Questions may be sent to SalesPitch AI support or American Business Capital Group, Inc., 37 N. Orange Ave., Suite 222, Orlando, FL 32801 USA.
Use the protected workspace whenever possible.
Authenticated requests carry workspace identity and enter a reviewed evidence process. Submitting a request does not automatically delete or change records.
