Accessibility Statement
SalesPitch AI is working toward an inclusive public website and customer workspace that people can understand and operate with different devices, assistive technologies, communication methods, and access needs.
The exact policy versions shown here also appear in checkout and onboarding. A future material revision will use a new version and require review where appropriate.
Our accessibility commitment
American Business Capital Group, Inc. wants SalesPitch AI to be usable by authorized customers, prospects, investors, and visitors with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing design, engineering, content, testing, and support responsibility.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the product’s design target. It is not a claim of complete conformance or certification. Some controlled-beta features and third-party surfaces may still require remediation, alternative access, or vendor coordination.
Supported interaction and presentation
The product is designed to support Keyboard navigation, visible focus, skip links, semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive labels, screen reader interpretation, scalable text, readable contrast, non-color status cues, reduced motion preferences, responsive layouts, and clear error and status messages.
Images that convey meaning should include text alternatives. Prerecorded explanatory media should provide captions or an equivalent transcript before it becomes an essential customer workflow. Spoken C.O.L.T.E.N.™ responses should also remain available as written text where the experience supports it.
Third-party services
SalesPitch AI may link to or embed services operated by payment, identity, calendar, email, communications, AI, hosting, or data providers. American Business Capital Group, Inc. does not control every third-party interface, but it evaluates customer-critical paths, documents limitations, and seeks an accessible alternative or support path when practical.
Known limitations
Controlled-beta functionality may include experimental audio, animated visualizations, generated documents, complex data tables, provider-hosted checkout or account pages, and real-time calling interfaces that have not completed a full independent accessibility audit. Generated content may also require a human to correct structure, reading order, labels, captions, or descriptions.
Report the affected page or task so American Business Capital Group, Inc. can reproduce the barrier, prioritize remediation, and identify an alternative path. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, or raw lead files.
Feedback and Request an accommodation
Request an accessible copy, keyboard or screen-reader assistance, captions or a transcript, a communication accommodation, or another reasonable way to complete a SalesPitch AI task. Include the affected page or task, the barrier encountered, preferred response format, and a safe way to contact you.
Use the Contact & Support Center. American Business Capital Group, Inc. may need to verify account authority before discussing protected workspace information.
Assessment and updates
Accessibility work includes automated checks, keyboard review, semantic HTML review, responsive testing, content review, and targeted assistive-technology testing. Automated testing alone cannot establish conformance. Material updates to this statement will receive a new publication date.
Tell us the task and the barrier.
We will use that context to identify an accessible copy, alternate workflow, communication accommodation, or remediation path.
