01

Customer and company responsibilities

A customer ordinarily decides which products, business contacts, lead files, audiences, scripts, campaigns, and channels to use. For that customer-directed information, the customer is responsible for its authority and instructions, while American Business Capital Group, Inc. processes the information to provide and secure SalesPitch AI. American Business Capital Group, Inc. may independently determine processing needed for account administration, billing, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, and its own business records.

02

Retention categories

Different records serve different purposes and should not share one blanket period. Categories include account and workspace identity; policy acceptance; subscription, invoice, and entitlement evidence; products and approved scripts; lead and source-lineage records; suppression and privacy requests; campaign and call lifecycle evidence; meeting and follow-up state; support; security and audit logs; and recovery copies. Payment-card details are entered with Stripe and are not intended for SalesPitch AI storage.

03

Customer-configured targets

Workspace owners can record retention targets for lead, meeting, call-evidence, and audit records. A target is an instruction for reviewed lifecycle processing, not proof that a record was already deleted. At this controlled-beta stage, automated deletion remains locked until tenant-scoped processing, legal-hold review, suppression preservation, audit evidence, backup handling, and operator recovery are approved and verified.

04

Deletion and legal holds

A deletion request enters identity and authority review before records change. Deletion may be limited or delayed when information is needed for security, fraud prevention, active service delivery, billing, tax or accounting duties, dispute resolution, a legal hold, compliance evidence, or another lawful exception. A reviewed outcome must distinguish deleted, restricted, preserved, and unavailable records rather than claiming an immediate universal purge.

05

Backups and recovery copies

Deleted information can remain for a bounded period in protected backup or recovery media until the applicable copy expires or is safely overwritten. Recovery copies must be access-restricted and used for continuity or incident recovery, not restored into ordinary active use without reapplying current deletion, suppression, and tenant controls. Isolated recovery tests use synthetic non-customer fixtures unless a separately authorized production exercise is approved.

06

Suppression evidence

Deleting ordinary lead or campaign data does not erase the minimum evidence needed to honor an unsubscribe, Do Not Call request, channel restriction, consent withdrawal, or other suppression. That bounded evidence exists to prevent renewed contact and must not be repurposed for marketing, enrichment, or audience creation.

07

AI and conversation data

SalesPitch AI does not train shared models on customer workspace data without express authorization. When an approved AI or communications feature is configured, a provider may transiently process the minimum content needed to deliver it under the applicable provider terms. SalesPitch AI’s governed voice model is designed to retain lifecycle and quality evidence without retaining full conversation content in the application.

08

Lead source and license lineage

Lead records should retain the source, collection or import time, applicable license or customer authority, freshness, verification, and suppression state needed to decide whether the record may still be used. Expiration of a supplier license or revocation of import authority can require use to stop even when an underlying row remains temporarily preserved for audit, dispute, or deletion processing.

09

Account closure

Ending a subscription stops paid feature access but does not by itself prove immediate deletion of every record. American Business Capital Group, Inc. will follow the applicable Terms, approved retention schedule, active request, legal obligations, and provider processes. Workspace owners should export required information before closure and use Account & Setup for a reviewed access, restriction, or deletion request.

10

Requests, changes, and contact

The Privacy Notice describes categories, purposes, sharing, and rights. The Privacy Choices Center explains access, correction, deletion, objection, appeal, agent, and suppression routes. Material lifecycle changes will update this notice before affected automated processing is enabled.
