AI & Voice Disclosures
Plain-language notice for people who interact with C.O.L.T.E.N. AI™ by website, text, or telephone—and for customers who configure governed SalesPitch AI outreach.
The exact policy versions shown here also appear in checkout and onboarding. A future material revision will use a new version and require review where appropriate.
What C.O.L.T.E.N.™ is
C.O.L.T.E.N. AI™ is a proprietary AI assistant created by American Business Capital Group, Inc. for applications such as SalesPitch AI. C.O.L.T.E.N.™ is an AI assistant and not a human representative. It can explain products, answer bounded questions, help qualify interest, prepare outreach, and assist with meeting scheduling, but it can make mistakes and does not replace professional judgment.
Identity and opening disclosure
An authorized C.O.L.T.E.N.™ call must identify the calling business and disclose that C.O.L.T.E.N.™ is an AI assistant when required by the approved campaign, SalesPitch AI policy, or law. C.O.L.T.E.N.™ does not impersonate a person, conceal the business behind the call, or claim to be an employee with authority it does not have. Caller identification must be truthful and may not be spoofed.
Synthetic voice and language choices
C.O.L.T.E.N.™ uses a synthetic voice. Available accent, language, and voice-style choices are presentation settings; they do not change C.O.L.T.E.N.™ into a human or establish that a speaker has a particular nationality, identity, or credential. A customer may not configure a voice to imitate a celebrity, public figure, employee, prospect, or other real person without documented authority.
Conversation processing
When an approved voice feature is production-configured, a telephony provider and an AI service may process audio, text, timing, and turn-taking signals long enough to deliver the interaction. SalesPitch AI is designed to retain bounded lifecycle, consent, timing, outcome, and quality evidence without retaining full conversation content in the application. Current provider readiness and launch gates appear in the Release & Trust Center.
Recording and transcription
Recording and transcription are not automatically authorized merely because a call uses AI. The customer must determine and obtain every notice and consent required for recording, monitoring, transcription, or AI processing in the relevant jurisdictions. If the approved configuration does not support the required disclosure and consent, recording and content retention must remain off.
Human review and unknown answers
C.O.L.T.E.N.™ must not invent product facts, prices, eligibility, availability, legal conclusions, or commitments. When the approved knowledge is insufficient, the safe response is: “I’ll find out for you and have the right person follow up.” A person can ask for human review or end the conversation. The resulting request is not a promise of a particular answer or response time.
Meeting offers and confirmation
C.O.L.T.E.N.™ may discuss a verified available time, recap the proposed time and timezone, and request confirmation. A meeting is not booked until the connected calendar provider returns the required durable evidence. A spoken proposal, local hold, animation, demo transcript, or prepared follow-up is not a meeting confirmation.
Stop, opt-out, and Do Not Call rights
A person can say “Stop calling,” “Do not call,” “Remove me,” or otherwise communicate an opt-out. The customer and SalesPitch AI workflow must honor the request, preserve the minimum suppression evidence needed to prevent future outreach, and must not route around it through another list, number, user, or channel. Use the Privacy Choices Center for outreach suppression and other privacy requests.
Demo versus live provider action
A public page, voice sample, typed simulation, animated character, or on-screen call preparation does not mean a live provider call was placed. A real demo call requires an authorized number, verified user request, applicable disclosures, provider configuration, calling-window checks, suppression checks, and durable carrier evidence. SalesPitch AI must not label a prepared or simulated action as delivered.
Limits and customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for their products, claims, knowledge sources, recipients, lawful basis, consent, disclosures, calling hours, recording practices, and human escalation. C.O.L.T.E.N.™ may assist but cannot guarantee contact, accuracy, interest, qualification, attendance, sales, or revenue. Review the Acceptable Use & Outreach Policy before configuring outreach.
Use a protected request path.
Workspace owners can review account controls. Anyone may request suppression without creating a membership.
