Prospect data must come from licensed sources or a customer’s lawful first-party records. Source, freshness, verification, consent or lawful-basis notes, DNC status, and suppression state should travel with each record. Customer data must remain tenant-isolated and must not be used to train shared models without explicit authorization. Workspace owners can record retention targets for lead, meeting, call-evidence, and audit records; automated deletion remains locked until protected processing and legal-hold review are operational.
