What these technologies are
Cookies are small values a website asks a browser to retain and return. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage, which retain information in the browser without sending it with every request. SalesPitch AI uses these technologies only for the purposes described below at publication of this version.
Essential and security technologies
Hosting and security infrastructure may set a short-lived essential cookie, such as Cloudflare’s __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate traffic and protect the service. The authenticated application may use secure, HttpOnly session cookies to keep a signed-in customer connected to the correct workspace. Blocking these technologies can prevent sign-in, checkout preparation, or protected workspace features from working.
localStorage and sessionStorage
SalesPitch AI uses bounded browser storage to remember interface preferences and preserve an exact request identity when a network interruption makes the result of a sensitive save uncertain. sessionStorage is normally cleared when a tab session ends. localStorage persists until removed by the browser or application. Recovery records are designed to contain request identity and state—not API keys, payment-card data, raw lead lists, or full conversation content.
Analytics and advertising
SalesPitch AI does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-context behavioral advertising cookies, or cookie-based audience resale on its public pages. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent control will be updated before they are enabled for affected visitors.
Third-party destinations
When you follow a link to Stripe, American Business Capital Group, Inc., or another provider, that service may set cookies under its own domain and policy. SalesPitch AI does not control those independent technologies. An embedded or connected provider will remain gated until its production purpose and data boundary are approved.
Your browser settings and privacy signals
You can review, delete, or block cookies and site data in browser settings. Disabling essential storage may break protected functions. Where legally required and technically applicable, we will honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control for sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity. Because SalesPitch AI does not currently use advertising cookies, no advertising-cookie opt-out is needed on the present public site.
Changes and contact
